Students from the BP Connect Club showcased their teamwork and problem-solving skills during a November field trip to Escape the Room Pittsburgh, where all six groups successfully completed their challenges. The event provided a fun and immersive way for students from IMS and BPHS to develop leadership and communication skills while strengthening their team bonds.

The Bethel Park boys soccer team is focused on defending their Section 2-3A championship in 2024 after a strong 2023 season. Despite losing key seniors, including all-WPIAL selections Henry Gaston and Adam Thompson, the team returns several talented players like senior Jackson Friday and midfielders Ethan Varley and Max Lemessurier, all aiming for a deeper playoff run. With a strong core and team chemistry, Coach Doug Fink is optimistic about the team’s potential to compete for another section title and make a significant postseason push.

Each month, Crumbl Cookies recognizes outstanding students and staff at Bethel Park High School with a series of awards, including Student of the Month Awards for one student at each high school grade level. They also recognize the top vocational students and students and staff who go above and beyond to make Bethel Park High School a special place to learn and work.

Washington Elementary third graders studying the Nervous System welcomed school nurse Eileen Wallace, who read Your Fantastic Elastic Brain to help them learn about brain growth and adaptability. The reading session provided students a unique, hands-on experience to deepen their understanding of how their brains work and develop.
