Exam Requirements

Additional Graduation Requirements for the Bethel Park Online Academy in Accordance with State Regulations/Law and Board Policy:

Keystone Exams

Bethel Park Online Academy students will participate in the Keystone Assessments in order to assess proficiency. Students are required to take the following assessments at the end of the courses:

• Algebra 1
• Biology 
• English 10

Bethel Park Online Academy students are required to report to their respective school buildings to take the Keystone Exams in May. Students who do not perform at proficiency will retake the exams later in the winter and/or the spring. Information will be provided for students and families from Bethel Park High School. 

Advanced Placement Course Exams

Students who take an online Advanced Placement course who wish to take the exam will follow the same procedures as students who take AP courses at Bethel Park High School. Students are required to come into their school building to take the AP Exams. (Online Academy Students can participate in LEAD programs to prepare for Exams throughout the school year)
