The Homecoming Committee presented Staff Spirit Awards to band director Chad Thompson, chemistry teacher Hannah Camic, and mathematics teacher Josh Lape. Thompson leads the school's marching band; Camic was recognized for supporting students in and out of the classroom and for backing school sports, clubs, and achievements; and Lape, a DECA volunteer adviser and cross-country coach, is known for his enthusiasm on spirit days and participated in the school's Polar Plunge.
Brad Kszastowski received the Staff Service Award for his work with the Homecoming Committee, Student Council and BP Connect, with committee members crediting him as essential to making Homecoming and many other school events possible.
Student Spirit Awards went to Daphne Mach and Cami Fisher. Mach is a member of the marching band, physics club, and rifle team and plays soccer and volleyball. Fisher serves on the Homecoming Committee, Student Government, DECA, Ways and Means, and the National Honor Society, and plays lacrosse and tennis.
